01 / ATTENDANCE

Session Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before a scheduled session.
  • Late cancellations may be charged in full.
02 / NO-SHOW

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for unused sessions; they can only be consumed by the user.

03 / BILLING

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance.
  • Cancellation requires written notice of 7 days.
  • efunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
05 / DISCRETION

Special Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of illness or emergencies at our discretion.

Note: The final call will be taken by Curious Learner Academy upon verification.

04 / LEGAL RIGHTS

Consumer Guarantees (NZ)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

If services fail to meet legal guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies under New Zealand law.
